This training event helps you meet the criteria (e.g., of a funder or organization) for having your 24:7 Dad® facilitators formally trained on implementing the program.


Training Requirements


Attendees are required to buy a Facilitator's Kit here to facilitate the 24:7 Dad® Program. For the best training experience, have your Facilitator's Manual open during the training so you can follow along.

Other Terms: Courses are non-transferrable after 50% completion by the original enrollee.

Meet Your Trainer


As Chief Partner Success Officer of National Fatherhood Initiative®, Erik Vecere has helped develop and implement NFI's programs and initiatives nationwide. Mr. Vecere has trained thousands of facilitators to lead various fatherhood programs and has provided technical assistance to hundreds of organizations that improved program quality and effectiveness. He also works closely with state, county, and local leaders to create a continual stream of programs and other resources to meet the needs of fathers and families nationally. 


Erik received a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College, Beaver Falls, PA, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Robert Morris University, Moon Township, PA, and an associate degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences from Pennsylvania State University, Altoona, PA.
