Training Description

Join us for 24:7 Dad® 4th Edition facilitator training from the comfort of your office or home! Delivered via webinar by expert NFI staff with engaging content and interactive components.

This training event helps you meet the criteria (e.g., those of a funder or organization) for having your 24:7 Dad® facilitators formally trained to implement the program.

Attendees will receive a 24:7 Dad® certificate of completion upon confirmed participation in the morning and afternoon portions.

This Training is Not:

Antoine Johnson

Program Success Director

Antoine Johnson is a Buffalo, NY native, husband, and father of three who serves as Program Success Director for National Fatherhood Initiative® (NFI). In this role, he raises awareness of NFI's services and resources while providing training and technical assistance to partner organizations. An experienced human service professional passionate about father inclusion, Antoine has launched grassroots fatherhood initiatives and helped raise over $1 million in community funding. At NFI, he builds relationships with practitioners and organization leaders to create father-inclusive ecosystems where children and communities thrive. Antoine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Services with a concentration in community and mental health from the University at Buffalo and an Associate's Degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from Niagara County Community College.
