Take your fatherhood program to new heights with this two-part certificate bundle from National Fatherhood Initiative®!

By combining the Father Engagement Certificate™ and Effective Facilitation Certificate™ trainings, you’ll gain the essential competencies to successfully engage fathers and confidently facilitate any program for adult learners—especially those involving fathers (e.g., parenting, substance abuse, job readiness, etc.). Complete these on-demand courses to develop a robust skill set that supports long-term program success.

Completion Time

• Minimum 10 hours, self-paced.
• Students are given 120 days to complete the course.
• We recommend completing the Father Engagement Certificate™ before the Effective Facilitation Certificate™ to build a strong foundation.
• Other Terms: Courses are non-transferrable after 50% completion by the original enrollee.

Meet Your Trainer

Christopher A. Brown is the President of National Fatherhood Initiative®. An applied anthropologist with more than 25 years of experience in the fatherhood field, he earned his B.A. from the University of North Texas and his M.A. from the University of South Florida. 

Christopher is the designer of the nation’s most widely-used evidence-based and research-based fatherhood programs and resources, a trainer of thousands of fatherhood practitioners, and has been a member of many advisory committees on federally-funded fatherhood initiatives. He most recently served on the advisory committee of the Fatherhood Research and Practice Network (frpn.org).
